Biography
Emine Erdoğan contributes to Türkiye's climate and environmental agenda through her work on environmental awareness, sustainable living, zero waste and social responsibility.
Launched under her auspices in 2017, the Zero Waste Movement has grown into a powerful environmental mobilization extending from Türkiye to the world. It has become an internationally recognized model for protecting natural resources, reducing waste and promoting a culture of sustainable consumption.
During the COP31 process, Türkiye aims to bring the Zero Waste vision led by Emine Erdoğan to the global climate agenda through climate action, circular economy, sustainable cities and a sense of responsibility toward future generations.
