Radio Spectrum Management Portal

Under Article 10 of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809, BTK grants temporary permits to natural and legal persons applying to BTK for the provision of electronic communications services in Türkiye, as well as for the establishment and operation of electronic communications networks and infrastructure requiring licensing and frequency usage permits.

All accredited participants are invited to register their radio-electronic equipment and submit radio spectrum requests through the COP31 Radio Spectrum Management Portal.
