COP31 President-Designate delivers keynote speech at Petersberg Climate Dialogue
Opening the annual Petersberg Climate Dialogue in Berlin, COP31 President-Designate Murat Kurum told world leaders that the current energy crisis has shown that fossil fuels do not guarantee energy supply security, and called for a shift to a solution-oriented implementation mode at COP31.
