Shipping & Logistics Information

Guidance for planning COP31 consignments, completing the required logistics documents and coordinating venue delivery.

This page explains the logistics processes for materials, equipment, pavilion/stand items, media/broadcast equipment and promotional materials to be shipped to the conference venue as part of COP31 Türkiye - Antalya.

Shipment Planning

Participants may request end-to-end support or coordinate their shipment with their own forwarder, subject to the official logistics procedure.

Customs and Venue Delivery

Customs coordination, hub acceptance, delivery slots and venue access must be confirmed through the official logistics operator before dispatch.

Before You Ship

  • Use the published Shipping Guideline, Rate Card, Service Order Form, Cargo Label Format and Invoice/Packing List templates.
