Filming Registration Outside the COP31 Venue
Media representatives accredited for COP31 who wish to conduct photography or video filming in areas outside the conference venue must obtain the necessary authorization in advance.
Media representatives requesting filming permission are required to complete the "Registration form for filming and/or photography outside the COP31 venue" and submit it to media@cop31.tr. To facilitate the review and processing of requests, applicants are required to enter "Registration form for filming and/or photography outside the COP31 venue" in the subject line of the email.
Filming requests will be assessed based on the information provided in the form. Applicants will be informed once the relevant authorization process has been completed.
Media representatives are kindly requested to submit their filming plans at least 5 days in advance to ensure timely authorization process.
